It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.

I wrote this track about how it felt coming off medication and the two weeks of withdrawals which were simultaneously the best and worst I'd ever felt.

Regardless of medication though, I think anyone who's gone through mental health struggles can relate to that dichotomy and swift alternation between those soaring highs and then the crashing lows, this feeling of power and vulnerability, chaos and clarity.
